DIY GIFT BOX TUTORIAL FOR EASEL CARD BOX- WHAT?!

 Happy Sunday Friends!

I've been requested by several people to actually do a box for the Easel Card with Drawer that I posted last week. I happen to mention that in my video and then some of you reached out to ask if I would make one, so here it is. This box doesn't have to be used for this Easel Card Box, but it can also be a great sized treat box.

Here are the two boxes I made, I think they would make great Valentine Treat Boxes. Some Lindt Truffles would really work nicely in this box.

This "W" card is such a great Fun Fold Card. So Easy to do too. I know I say this a lot, but if you haven't tried these Fun Fold Cards, you need to! Just follow the steps and you will be amazed how easy they are. 

Today, you can purchase the Chick Birthday and the Hey Chick stamp sets and dies or get the bundles and save 10%. 

If you were around for last years Sale-a-bration, you may have gotten the Hey Chick stamp set as a Freebie. Now you can purchase the dies. If not you can get the bundle. The Hey Birthday Chick is new. I used both for this card, but you can only use one of these bundles for your card. They are so fun to create with. Hope you enjoy!

EASEL CARD WITH DRAWER INSTRUCTIONS- ALL IN ONE GIFT BOX

 Hi Friends,

I was trying to decide whether to post this All in One gift box on my card day or my 3d project day, because it's both a card and gift box. Since it was a more involved box, Not Difficult, I decide to share it today. It's been a long time since I created one of these boxes, but I thought it was perfect for the Forever & Always Bundle by Stampin'up of course. It's such a beautiful bundle, for so many occasions too.

How fun is this Card and box combo. Just love how it's all in one. No need to make a extra card, it's already there! The flowers in this bundle ar so pretty and the new Basic White cardstock is amazing with the Blends. 

There are quite a few pieces, so here you go! I advice cutting everything first and then assembling, so easy!

MEASUREMENTS FOR EASEL CARD WITH DRAWER

Box:

6-1/8" x 6-1/8" Score 1" on all four sides.

Sleeve For Box:

4-1/4" x11" score on 11" side at 1", 5-1/4", 6-1/4", 10-1/2".

Mat Pieces for Box:

Top of Box: 3-7/8" x 3-7/8" Gorgeous Grape piece to be matted after you attach Easel.

Mats on top of Gorgeous Grape piece are 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" Designer series paper and then for sentiment 

1-1/2" x 3-1/2" Basic white.

Sides of Box: 7/8" x 4". two for sides and if you want to mat back you will need three.

Front of Drawer piece: 3/4" x 2-1/4"

Easel Card: 4-1/4" x 4-1/4"

Mat for Easel Card: 4" x 4"

Easel: 4-1/4" x 8-1/2" Score on 8-1/2" side at 4-1/4" and 6-3/8".

HERSHEY'S NUGGETS TREAT HOLDER

 Hi Friends!

I've done many Hershey Treat Nugget boxes, but I just love this sweet little box. It's so small and cute! Very quick & easy one as well, I show the Just for You version in this Video,  but I will show you a Valentine version I created as well.  This nugget box holds two Hershey's nuggets, which I decorated with the Hydrangea Hill Designer series paper.

One is Blackberry Bliss cardstock and the other is Gorgeous Grape cardstock. You can use these treat boxes for so many occasions. I think it would be a great one as a baby shower favor or even a wedding favor box.

This is the Valentine Version. I used the Meant To Be Stamp set #148626 and the Stitched Be Mine Dies #151814. The cardsatock is Cherry Cobbler.

VALENTINE UNIQUE CARD FOLD- A FLIP FOLD CARD

 Hello Friends!

Today, it's a Unique Fun Fold card. I've seen these done with a Die, but somewhere along the way, someone figured out they could do it with no die. I love this flip fold, it looks like you put so much work into it, but it's actually a pretty easy fold. It's a must try fold!

I love both cards, but I was trying to make a more masculine version. What do you think, would you give this Misty Moonlight one to a guy? I honestly think I would give it to my hubby. If you want to make it even more masculine, you can cut off the ruffled part of the heart or use a solid heart. I just love this heart though so I wanted to use it and not change it too much.

Today, it's another Valentine Treat Box to make. This is a Great one for school kids to take to their class or for co-workers and the list goes on! The Kangaroo & Company is such a adorable stamp set for so many occasions. This is one of my favorites so far and it's like a mini version of the santa, snowman, and Uncle Sam boxes I made, but with different handles. A little something different! I just can't stop using the Lots of Heart Bundle! It's has so much you can work with, you know if you have watched my recent video's! So versatile!!

These treat holders are what I'm calling a Half Sour Cream Container, because we are not closing it up as we would in a regular sour cream container. You can actually fit more candy in this treat holder. It's so quick & easy and I hope you will try them for yourself.

I feel like these are for any of your Valentines. I would definitely give one to my hubby and not feel like its too feminine. What do you think of the Desinger Series Paper? This True Love Designer Series Paper is sooo pretty! So many patterns to choose from! I can see one in every pattern! Great classroom idea!
