VALENTINE'S DAY PENCIL GIFT BOX

Hi Stampers!

Today I'm sharing something a little different. It's not a treat Box, although I may find some candy that would fit in it! Lol! :) I think these would be such a great alternative for the children to take to school, something other than candy. You know they get plenty of that for Valentine's Day! I know mine do! These are so affordable too! I got the pencils at the Dollar Tree and you can make four pencil holders for $1.00, plus your cardstock!




As you can see I made two different Versions. I was definitely influenced by my 10 year old grandson who doesn't want a Bow or hearts on his Valentine's that he gives to his Boy Friends. So I made a Boy Version. I put stars on the Boys and used Jute Twine for the Bow. I wasn't going to leave off the Heart, because after all it's Valentine's Day, and I couldn't find a small enough Happy Valentine's Day sentiment that would fit! 

MEASUREMENTS:
Real Red or Bermuda Bay for the Box measures 3 3/4" x 7 7/8".
Score on the 3 3/4" side at 1", 1 3/8", 2 3/8", 2 3/4".
Score on the 7 7/8" side at 7 1/2".

BEAUTIFUL DAY BUTTERFLY TECHNIQUE CARD

Hi Stampers!

Happy Hump Day! Every once in a while whenever I think of Hump Day, I remember the Camel commercial that used to be out. It always made me laugh. One of my favorites for some reason!
I couldn't wait to play with the New Brusho Crystals. It's one of those things, once you start you can't stop. So much fun and a different result each time.






There are a couple techniques I used for this card, but both are very easy. First embossing the Butterfly using White Emboss powder. Then using the Brusho Crystals to create a Watercolor type effect. Love these! There are so many Brusho Techniques, I will probably be sharing more for sure.



MEASUREMENTS:
Thick Whisper White for the Card Base measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
The Shimmery White or Watercolor Paper measures 5" x 3 3/4".
The Petal Passion designer series paper (striped piece) measures 5 1/2" x 2"
Basic Black for the Sentiment measures 1/2" x 4" approximate finished size.

GOLDEN HEART VALENTINE'S DAY TREAT BOX

Hi Stampers!

How Time Flies! I can't believe Christmas is gone and the New Year has Begun! Now I'm thinking of creating for Valentine's Day! As a Avid Crafter, I always try to start early and get on top of my Holiday projects. I know many of you are the same. So, today I'm sharing a Valentine's Day Box. Hope everyone is staying Warm and Safe!!





These are the two I created! One in Real Red the other in Melon Mambo. I think they both turned out pretty, even though there is no Real Red in the Painted with Love designer Series Paper.

The Card Today is actually one of the FREE Stamp Sets you can choose if you spend $50.00 in Stampin'Up products. It's one of my favorites! These little Party Pandas are so adorable. I just love them!



What do you think? I think he is going to be super popular this Sale-a-bration!! I made two different versions. I really like the striped one better. Whats our favorite? The striped is so Bold and Bright, Love it! Everything on this card except the Ribbon and Whisper White Card Base is all New in the Occasions or Sale-a-bration catalog. 


MEASUREMENTS:
Thick Whisper White Cardstock measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" to make a Basic 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Card Base.
Picture Perfect 6 x6 designer series paper measures 4" x 5 1/4".
