WRAPPED IN ELEGANCE GIFT/TREAT BOX

Hi Stampers!

Well I guess this is the time I'm going to be posting on Sunday's. I'm trying my best to get it posted sooner, but with my Mom in nursing care, I just need to be there. It may be a little earlier, but things are so up in the air and It kills me I don't have a fixed schedule right now. I will keep you all posted on how things go and if anything changes in my posting.

 I'm so excited to share this Box with you today. I'm really enjoying creating packaging ideas for this Holiday Season. This Box is no exception. I went blank this weekend trying to come up with a new box. I decided to just sit down and do it! This is the Simple Box I came up with. I'm loving the Quilted Christmas 6 x 6 Paper Stack. Hope you like it!




These are all three of the Boxes I made. Honestly, I love them all. The Reindeer is from Merry Patterns which is a Hostess Set. You have to purchase $150. in product to choose this set. It's a Beautiful Set.  But you can't go wrong creating any of them. I think someone would love to get a Treat or Gift in it! The Bonus is it's very sturdy!!

MEASUREMENTS:

Real Red or Cherry Cobbler is 9" x 9"
Score at 3" and 6", Turn and Score at 3" and 6".
For the Lid: Whisper White Thick measures 5 1/16" x 5 1/16".
Score at 1" on all 4 sides.
The Quilted Christmas DSP measures 2 3/4" x 2 3/4", you need 5 pieces. 
The Stamped piece is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".

FALLING LEAVES FALL CARD

Hi Stamping Friends!

The card today was once again made from a mistake I made. When stamping I happen to drop the stamp after I inked the main leaf on the front. I was really loving how it looked, so repeated the stamping off. It looked really pretty to me, so I decide to make a card from it. This can be used for any occasion. Since Fall is here and Thanksgiving is on it's way, I decide to make it a Falling Leaves Fall Card. You can use whatever sentiment you would like. I think a Happy Thanksgiving sentiment would also be perfect.




What do you think? Anything Fall would make me happy! The one on the right I used Tangerine Tango Cardstock. The one on the Left I used Pumpkin Pie. Which do you like better? I'm favoring the Pumpkin Pie!


MEASUREMENTS:
Thick Whisper White Card Base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
The Whisper White Stamped piece is 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"
The Pumpkin Pie or Tangerine Tango Piece is 5 1/2" x 2 1/2".

OKAY! All the Housekeeping done and on with the project! It's been a Crazy Day! we had no internet for over 4 hours today! Nothing like not getting anything done. What did we do before the internet, especially if your trying to run a Business! Ugh! Other than that, It's been a good day. 

The project today is really a fun one, a little different because it has a closure to close this box,
It took me forever to figure out just the right measurements, but I'm pleased with how it turned out. Hope you like it!








This is the other Box I created using the Be Merry Designer Series Paper. I'm really loving the Old Olive and the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper above! It's just warm and cozy to me!

Old Olive Card Stock measures 9 1/2" x 8 1/2"
Score on the 9 1/2 " side at 3/4", 3 3/4", 6 1/2".
Score on  the 8 1/2" side at 2 3/4", 5 3/4".
Two Mat Pieces measure 2 3/4" x 2 3/4".
The Inside piece is 3 3/4" x 1 1/2" Score at 1/2" on each side.
