SPOTLIGHT FRIDAY SPECIAL BUNNY TREAT HOLDER

Hello Stampers!

ONLY TWO WEEKS LEFT FOR SALE-A-BRATION! WITH EVERY $50.00 YOU SPEND, YOU GET A FREE CHOICE FROM THE SALE-A-BRATION BROCHURE. CHECK OUT THE NEW ITEMS ADDED TO THE RIGHT OF THIS POST!

Enough Housekeeping stuff! I'm super excited to share this sweet little Special Bunny Treat Holder! He is absolutely adorable! Very easy and inexpensive, if you want to make a bunch for your children or grand children's classrooms. Make sure you use the Whisper White Thick Cardstock, because it's a real sturdy weight cardstock. Stampin'Up Cardstock is my favorite. I know you all have heard the story why I joined Stampin'Up already, but to put it short, the quality of the cardstock and customer service was what got me hooked!

So Here He is Everyone! I hope you love him as much as I do and he was worth waiting until Friday to see him!

Maybe I should say She, because of the Pink ribbon she is wearing. Change it up and use the Bermuda Bay Stitched Ribbon for a Boy Bunny. I will list it in the Supply List, in case you are wanting to order the Bermuda Bay. I have to say, I think this is one of my favorite Treat Holder's I've ever created. Hope you Enjoy making them!

THANKS A BUNCH THANK YOU CARD

Hello Stamping Friends!

I'm super excited to share today's card. Thanks a Bunch Thank You Card! This stamp Bundle is actually a Easter Stamp Set, but so versatile you can make so many other Occasion Cards with it, including this Thank You Card. I told you the Monster from the Yummy in My Tummy Stamp Set #143623 was the cutest. I have to say, this little Bunny is tough competition! Lol!

Get the Basket Bunch Bundle #144731 during Sale-a-bration, so you can get a FREE item from the Sale-a-bration brochure!

Okay, How adorable is this little guy? No fussy cutting with this stamp set, because it has coordinating Framelits! WooHoo! Love!!!

Since there is a video for this card and no actual measurements, except for your card base, which is the typical 5 1/2" x 4 1/4", there will be no Project Sheet.

I colored all the flowers and the bunny using my Watercolor pencils, and a Blender pen. The background is done with Pool Party and a Stampin'Up sponge. All you need is a light touch for this technique. I wish someone would have given me this tip a long time ago, but I finally figured it out for myself. I struggled so long trying to get it just right. I finally think I got it!.

If you ever have any questions on a stamp set or technique, Please do not hesitate to comment or contact me. I would be glad to help!

BLOOMING BIRTHDAY TECHNIQUE TAGS

Hi Stampers!

LAST FEW WEEK'S OF SALE-A-BRATION!
Get them while there HOT! ENDS MARCH 31, 2017

Today we have Tags again! I really love making my own Tags. So much nicer than the store bought type and I find that the people I make them for really like them. So I created these Blooming Birthday Tags! Now, Go Stamp Your Heart Out! You will make a difference in some one's life!

The technique on this Tag is a simple one using your Stampin' Write Markers and the C Clear Block by Stampin'Up. Just pick three coordinating colors of markers. Apply them starting with the lightest color. Color your C Clear Block with all three colors layering each color. Spritz with a small amount of water and place down on your Whisper White Cardstock. Walah! Your Background is created!

Before stamping your flower, be sure to completely dry your background. You can speed it up  by using your heat tool!

Each one of these Tags is 2 1/2" wide by 4 1/4" Long. I used the Flower Patch Stamp Set for the Flower and the Sentiment!

THANK SO MUCH EVERYONE FOR STOPPING BY!

HAVE A BEAUTIFUL WEEK!

SPOTLIGHT FRIDAY BACKGROUND TECHNIQUE

Hi Friends!

How was every one's week? It went so fast for me! Everyday a new adventure! But Life is Good! I hope you all had a Great one. Today's Spotlight Friday is a Technique Background.I used Stampin'Up Ink Pads and a Craft Mat for this technique. One thing to remember with this technique is to fully dry your background before stamping on it. On the first card I show, I didn't thoroughly dry it and when I stamped a small area didn't stamp well. So you can speed up your drying time by using the Heat Tool as I do in  the video. It works really well.

SALE-A-BRATION IS WINDING DOWN! DON'T MISS THE CHANCE TO GET FREE PRODUCT!  ENDS MARCH 31,2017

As you can see, you get a different look each time. I will tell you that if you just set your paper on top of the ink, you will get more of a look like the one on the right. If you drag your paper across you will get a look more like the one on the left.  Try it, this technique is really fun to do and experiment with different colors. It's a fun technique to try!

Measurements for the Tempting Turquoise Card Base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
The Blushing Bride is 5 1/4" x 4".
The Stamped Whisper White piece is 3 3/4" x 5".
