Little Buddy Birthday Cards

Hello My Stamping Friends!!
      It is already the middle of the week! Yeah! And its another Card Sharing Day! These are 3 x 3 cards I made, perfect to attach to a Birthday gift. I made the set, because I love this new stamp set from Stampin'Up it has a special meaning to me! Yes! It's because I call my little grandson Colby my Little Buddy!
When I saw this Stamp Set Little Buddy Birthday, I had to have it! As you can see it's adorable. I colored them in with the Blendabilities. Hopefully the Blendabilities will be available soon. The end of June, Early July is what we have been told. So keep your eyes out for these wonderful new alcohol markers. You are going to love them! I will announce it HERE as soon as they become available!

Stampin'Up Blended Bloom Birthday Card

        WELCOME!

        Now I am going to share a Sneak Peek Card with you featuring the Blended Bloom Stamp. This is the stamp I used in the video, showing how-to use the blendabilities. This was actually the first flower I did using the blendabilities!

After I cut it out by hand I used a Exacto knife and cut some of the petals to give it dimension. I also used some Crystal Effects to the center to add dimension there. I love how it turned out! It looks pretty realistic, like you can touch it! This stamp is amazing!
The paper is Cherry Cobbler. I used the oval framelits. Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder.

Fabulous Pop-Up Birthday Card

Hi All!
     WELCOME!
                How is every one's week going? I am going to share a Birthday Card I made for one of my Sister's! This time I made a pop-up type card. I will have to make a video on this card to show you how-to do the inside pop-up. If you are interested in a video on this please leave me a comment below. It has that WOW factor when someone opens it. I am not the original creator of this card, but the minute I saw it, I knew I wanted to make one! So here it is!

So, here is the front. The purpose for the ribbon is not only to make it pretty, but to help hold the card closed. You can use any type of closure, but I love how the ribbon looks. So when it is opened, the flowers will open up! I added a few butterflies from the Papillon Potpourri. One of my favorite stamp sets.

Stampin'Up Oh Happy Day Birthday Card

Hi Everyone!,
         I'm sharing another card today. This is actually the card I made for my little Sis! I didn't want to share it until after her birthday, because she reads my blog!  So here it is! I really like this Stamp set, Starburst Sayings. It also has the framelits you can get to go with it. Love it! It makes things so much easier! Just how I like it!

I really wanted it to be cheerful! It's funny because we always get each other these mushy cards (which I personally love), but after the rough year we had last year I wanted something HAPPY! I know my sisters know how much they mean to me! Besides, I could now put it in my own handwriting inside. That's why I love making cards. They are my words and not someone Else's! Hope you Like It!

1. Cut 8 1/2" x 11 cardstock in half , which will be 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Score this piece in half. This will make your basic 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card base.

2. Cut a Piece of Retro Fresh DSP 5 1/4" x 4 1/8" and adhere it to the card base.

3.Stamp the OH HAPPY DAY with Bermuda Bay ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and Cut using your framelits.

4. Stamp the Celebrate with Tangerine Tango onto Whisper White Cardstock and cut using your framelits.

5. I punched a 1 1/4" scalloped circle in Tangerine Tango and adhered with stampin'dimensionals to the back of the celebrate. 

6. I hand cut different sizes banners and  attached under OH HAPPY DAY . Added Stampin' dimensionals onto the celebrate to pop up and Card done!

Simply Beautiful Butterfly Card

Hi Everyone! Happy Sunday! Today I have been working on a new video. Another Treat Holder! This time in the Christmas Spirit. So I will be posting a card that I made during my Stampin'Up workshop last week. I hope to have the video ready by next weekend! Hope you enjoy it!

Five-Way Flower Birthday Card

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all having a great week! Guess what day it is? Hump Day!!! I don't know if anyone has seen that commercial with the camel in the office, but I think its hilarious! Anyway, Today I'm sharing a Birthday card I made using the Five-Way Flower Stamp. This stamp makes the most adorable flower and its all in one Stamp. You do need several scallop punches, but its very versatile. Once you have all the scallop punches, there's so many other projects you can use them for!  So its a win-win situation! 

 

Isn't this flower so cute! I love the strawberry slush paper, ink and ribbon! This is such a cheery card. It also would make a cheerful get well card.
