Flower Patch Cut Out Card

Hello My Friends!
How is everyone's week going? Mine has been good!  Wow! I got to thinking how quick Back to School is upon us. I guess I should start working on some teacher gifts. But for today, I will be sharing a card featuring the Flower Patch Stamp Set. Your going to love this stamp set. It has 16 stamps in it. It also has coordinating framelits. That's a definite Plus! I'm waiting to receive my new Big Shot so I can do some videos for these cards. This is one of those cards I need to do a video to show you! So be looking for the videos soon.

I had so much fun making them, I made several different versions. These were the two I personally liked the best. Let me know which one you like best!

I used the framelits to semi-cut the flowers and then stamped them. One I adhered DSP to the back and the other one I left cut and just put DSP on the inside of the card base. Added a little rhinestone to the center for the final touch.

THANKS EVERYONE FOR VISITING TODAY!

Polka Dot Pieces Bookmark Card

Hello My Friends,
Yeah! It's the middle of the week again! I love Wednesday. Not only because it's half way through the week, but because I get to spend some time with You! I have another card to share today. I call it a bookmark card because you can actually use the inside as a bookmark if you like! This card was inspired from a card in the new Stampin'Up catalog. I changed it up a bit, because I didn't have all the stamps they used to make the one in the catalog. I think it turned out very pretty! You also will need the envelope punch board which is I'm telling you, not just to make envelopes. I have made also gift card holders and boxes with it! Its Awesome!

I was thinking of doing a video for this card, because I like it so much. I had to fussy cut the bird and leaves because I didn't have the matching punch. Which I will now get! When I get that, I will do a video!

Is that not adorable! Thank You Stampin'Up for the idea! The sentiment is also not the sentiment they used for the card. The stamp set is called Trust God. A very beautiful set, with spiritual sentiments. Can you see where I used the envelope punch board? Polka Dot Pieces has become one of my favorite stamp sets!

I also wanted to share with everyone that Stampin'Up is having a great deal on the BIG SHOT! If you buy the BIG SHOT in August, you receive a free stamp set and matching framelits! You have five different ones to choose from! To ORDER you can go right to my SHOP to the left! All the details will be at my SHOP!

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY TODAY!

HAVE A BLESSED WEEK!

Watercolored Butterflies - Thankful for You Card

Hello Everyone!
So I saw this technique watching the Stampin'Up convention on U-Stream. I had to go to my Stamping room and try it! So easy and so pretty. What you do is stamp a image using your favorite stamp set, This time I used Papillon Potpourri. ( LOVE IT!) with Versa Mark. Next you need to emboss using Stampin'Up white embossing powder. After heat setting, use Coastal Cabana reinker mixed with water or a mixture of water and alcohol. The alcohol will help it dry faster. Using your Aqua Painter you just run your painter with the reinker over your image, to give it that watercolor look. I embellished with the Sequin embellishments from Stampin'Up and stamped my sentiment on window sheet with Stazon Black ink. The sentiment is from the Good Greetings Hostess set. If you are interested in having a workshop, you can contact me at stampingwithamore@gmail.com.

I love the dimension this gives this card. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the butterflies just pop off the page. Very nice technique. Thank You Stampin'Up! Be sure to use Stazon when stamping on window sheet. It dries much faster. I used mini glue dots to hold the window sheet. Place them behind the writing.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY!
I may do a video for this card, so stay tuned! Let me know if you would like to see this technique! If you have any questions about this card, please leave me a comment and I will get to you asap!
