TECHNIQUE TUESDAY REVERSE MASKING CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi Stampers!

Holy Cow! I just realized that today is Wednesday and I haven't posted my Technique Tuesday Card. WHAT!!!  I decided yesterday morning I was going to try to get some Christmas shopping done, since I am so behind before I visited my Mom. I can't believe I forgot to post! I had everything all ready to go! Sorry! The Christmas Rush is on! Ugh!

Well, here is the Card I create for Technique Tuesday. I love this technique. It's a must try. Very fun to do!



I wish the Dazzling Diamonds showed better in the picture, but it was hard to captivate. It does add so much pretty sparkle!

Technique Tuesday Embossed Wreath Christmas Card

Hello Stampers!

Happy Technique Tuesday! Today's Card is not much of a Technique Card, unless you have never Embossed. Then I guess, It would be a technique. If you have subscribed to my 12 Weeks of Christmas, you have already seen this embossing folder. Now here is a card to create using the same folder. These Stampin'Up Dynamic Folders are amazing. The depth of the emboss is so beautiful.



You can use any Foil Sheets with this embossing folder and it would be just beautiful. Try using Shaded Spruce or Tranquil Tide as a card base. So many variations you can try for this card and it's actually a Quick & Easy Card to create.

THERE WILL BE NO PDF, BECAUSE THE ONLY MEASUREMENTS ARE FOR THE CARD BASE, WHICH IS 9" X 4 1/2" AND SCORE AT 4 1/2" TO CREATE A 4 1/2" X 4 1/2" CARD.

THE PIECE YOU EMBOSS WITH THE METALLIC PAPER MEASURES 4 1/4" X 4 1/4".

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY LAYERED SNOWFLAKES CARD

Hello Stampers!

Today's card is yet another Snow is Glistening stamp set card. I just can't get enough of this stamp set and Snowfall thinlits. I made a card a few weeks ago similar to this one, but I stamped on the Velvet Sheets and also layered and embossed that card. This card, I'm using the Stamparatus for this technique. If you don't have the Stamparatus, Put it on your Christmas Wish List! It's a must have.


This image is just to share the Dazzling Diamonds I used on this Card. It added so much with just a bit of Dazzling Diamonds! It didn't capture it in the other photo's.



With the Stamparatus, You can make several at a time. Perfect for this years Christmas Cards. Try it in another color, I bet it would look pretty in any of our Stampin'Up Colors!

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY BEGINNER FANCY FOLD CHRISTMAS CARD

Hello Stampers!

Also, I haven't seen my Mom since last week and was anxious to visit her. Thank you for your patience!

You are going to love the Cling Mount, No More stamps falling off the Blocks. You will have to put the stickers on the back now, so, no more stamping without the stickers.

The card today is a simple Fun Fold Card, but it also is a Beginner Stampers Card. We were reminded, not to forget our Beginner stampers. It's so true, because so many want to make that avid stamper Card, a bit fancy or over the top. I want to start sharing more for the Beginner also.
Any stage of Stamper can make this card and Step it up a bit or leave as is!

CHRISTMAS IN JULY BLENDED SEASONS HOLLY CARD

Hello Stampers!

Christmas in July once again, This time a Christmas Card. I had a few request for Christmas Cards, so here is the first! I'm using the Blended Seasons Bundle that will be out August 1st. You can see how versatile this stamp set is! I've created a Birthday Bag, a Christmas Bag and several Seasonal Cards with this Bundle.




This is a very simple, yet elegant card for the Special people in your life!!! It's a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Card. I used even Wink a Stella on the Holly Leaves and added some of the New Red Rhinestones.
I will share how to make a frame using the framelits in this Bundle. I'm really enjoying this Bundle!

CHRISTMAS SNOW GLOBE CARD

Hi Stamping Friends!

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for my Mom! I appreciate it so much, you don't even know how grateful I am. She is still struggling with health issues. So definitely appreciate the prayers.

I wanted to share this Christmas Snow globe Card with you today. I was so happy with the way it turned out. Sometimes you have a idea in your head and it just doesn't look like you imagined it. It's not a hard card at all to create. So you need to give it a try!






I had to really use my imagination and use a few different stamp sets to make this card. But it was super fun to get more use out of your stamp sets. Think outside of the box. You will be surprised what you can come up with.



MEASUREMENTS:

Real Red For Card Base 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
Whisper White Embossed piece measure 4" x 5 1/4".
You will need a 2 1/2 " circle for the Globe, I used the Layering Circles Framelits.

SNOWFLAKE SEASON CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi Stampers!

I know I don’t usually post today, but my grandson had a Christmas program at a Toys for Tots event. I’m super proud of him! He joined a Sign language club at school and is learning sign language. He will be 10 this month. So, they joined the high school kids and sang Christmas Carols in sign language. It made my heart sing! Anyway, just had to share, it was so sweet!

Today, I’m sharing a Snowflake Card today using the Winter Wonder embossing folder. So pretty, just alone, but I had to jazz it up. Hope you like it!





Embossing the Vellum makes this card really a more elegant card. I think the red turned out striking! The Snowflake stands out much more than the Soft Sky. What do you think, The Red or Soft Sky?  


MEASUREMENTS:
Either Soft Sky or Real Red measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"( Basic 5 1/2 x 4 1/4" Card)
Vellum measures  4 1/8" x 6 1/2" score at 1" on 6 1/2" side.
Sentiment is Real Red or Soft Sky measures 3/4" x 4 1/4".

CHRISTMAS IN THE MAKING CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi Stampers!

How is everyone's week going? I hope well! I'm actually counting down the months until retirement from my real job, so I can do more of my Stampin'Up. Paper Crafting here I come! It's a bit scary. because I've never been without a "real" job since I was fifteen! Except for when I had my son for a year or so! The journey continues, and I'm on board for the ride!

This Christmas in the Making Christmas Card is one I had in my head for a while. I totally forgot I had the County Livin' Stamp set which has the Truck in it. Im totally into this Truck and Tree thing that seems so popular right now. I'm a New Yorker by Birth, But I think I have a Bit of Country in me! Wasn't that a Donny and Marie song? I'm a Little Bit Country, your a Little Bit Rock n Roll?
Oh Boy, I'm really showing my age now! Lol! On with the Card!




I couldn't Think of what to call this Card, since I loved the sentiment in the front also. The Truck is so super cute, and I love coloring with the New Stampin Blends. I'm researching how to do some fancy coloring with them. But, just coloring in a simple way looks awesome too and they do BLEND so well. Love these new alcohol Markers and I'm crazy about the Truck and the Tree!

MEASUREMENTS:
Whisper White Thick Card stock for card base measures 8" x 6"
Score on the 8" side at 4" to make a 4" x 6" Card Base.
Envelope was made with Real Red Cardtock using the Stampin'Up Envelope Punch Board.
