Now that said, On with the Project for Today! This Box I created, but the closure, I saw somewhere, Pinterest, You tube, I'm not exactly sure. But I loved the idea and I recreated it for this Box. Hope you like it as much as I did!

These are two of the Boxes I created! Notice that in the video I used the dsp the same as the matted piece on the small butterfly, but after I saw the photo, I decided I like to other side of the dsp better for a little contrast. Hence, The change!

Easter Basket and Tulip Tutorial

Hello My Stamping Friends!
I'm in the Easter Mode! I'll be sharing a cute little Easter Egg Basket and a Punch Art Tulip Tutorial using the Festive Flower Punch by Stampin'Up of coarse! I looked all around for a Tulip Punch Art tutorial , because I love Tulips and wanted to Put them on this Basket. All the tutorials I found the punches were retired, so I started playing with the punches I had and came up with this simple tulip. I love how it turned out and as you will see in the video, I think I may have discovered a rose bud also! Two for one!

Both are embossed using the Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder, but it doesn't show well in the picture. The Yellow one, I used Wink of Stella Glitter Pen. I now wish I would have sponged the edges of the tulip pieces to give more dimension. If you try these tulips, try sponging and seeing if you like it!

Stampin'Up Elegant Butterfly Card set Box and Envelope Tutorial

Today, I am posting the how-to Video for making the envelopes and Card Box for the Elegant Butterfly 3 x 3 Card Set. I had several request, so here you are ladies and gents. All are made using the Stampin'Up Envelope Punch Board. #133774 in the Stampin'Up Catalog. I can not live without this tool. I use it to make boxes, envelopes and much more. Perfect for those cards that are not a standard card size.
