Can you tell, I'm so excited about the New Annual Catalog Launch. So much Goodness Inside. Can't wait to share it with you. Today, I'm shaing what I'm calling a Floating Technique card. These are easy and oh so fun to create. 

I made quite a few of these and they were all so cute, in my opinion of course! I used the Stampin’up Rainbow of Happiness Bundle. It's such a good one and so versatile for so many occasions. I love accenting the bright colors with the basic black sentiment.
