You know how much I love 3 x 3 Cards. Almost as much as Bags and Boxes! Well, Not really, but they are on the top of my List. I really love giving them as gifts, in some cute packaging!

Look how Bright and Cheery! I also made coordinating envelopes with the Same dsp using my Stampin'up Envelope Punch Board. Love this double sided dsp with the balloons on the other side. It made such cute envelopes. The designers series paper is the Birthday Memories . One of my favorites for sure! This is the dsp you can cut out the characters using the framelits.
MEASUREMENTS:
Cut the Thick Whisper White 3" x 6" and score at 3".
Cut a piece of dsp 2 3/4" x 2 3/4".
Cut a Square using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.
Stamp Your sentiments from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stamp Set and punch out sentiment using the Pretty Label Punch.
I popped up the sentiment using dimensionals.
