- For this Card, I used a Basic 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Card base in Night of Navy #100867
- Mat piece is 5 1/4" x 4" in Real Red #102482
- The numbers are using the Large Number Framelits 140622 Love these framelits!
- I punched a 1" square and created a tassel with scrap Night of Navy.
- Stamped Congratulations from a retired set, but we have several sets with Congratulations, One is Floral Phrases #141767 clear or #141764 wood
