  Today, I will be sharing with you, yet another followers request for a Mom's Birthday Card! This card is made using Mother's Love Stamp Set in our New Occasions Catalog. The images are so pretty in this set. I will show a technique that I call custom frame. I'm not really sure if it has a proper name, but this is what I call it! ;) It's pretty Quick & yet Elegant.
